Service: Mindful Eating
Before meeting with my dietitian for the mindful eating session and nutrition assessment, I was tired of bouncing between trendy diets that promised big results but always left me struggling to maintain my weight. However, after working with my dietitian, I finally found a sustainable approach to eating that focuses on mindfulness and nourishment rather than restrictive rules. Through the session, I learned how to tune into my body’s hunger and fullness cues, as well as how to make balanced food choices that support my overall health. Since then, I feel more in control, less stressed about food, and best of all, I’m seeing results that last. I no longer feel the need to rely on unsustainable diet trends. I’m grateful for the guidance and support I received, and I’m excited to continue on this journey towards a healthier and happier me!
