Service: Medical Nutrition Therapy
Before meeting with dietitian, I felt overwhelmed by my high cholesterol and weight issues, especially at my age. I’ve always loved eating my favorite foods like nasi lemak, and I was worried I’d have to give them up entirely. But after my session with dietitian, I felt relieved to learn that small changes to my diet could make a big difference. My dietitian helped me make modifications to my meals without completely cutting out the foods I love. It was a relief to know I didn’t have to make drastic changes overnight.
After just two months of following the plan, I’m thrilled to see improvements in both my body weight and cholesterol levels. It’s been a gradual process, but knowing that I can still enjoy my favorite foods in moderation while making healthier choices overall has made all the difference. I’m grateful for the guidance and support of my dietitian, and I feel more motivated than ever to continue on this path towards better health.
